Since his call to the bar, James has gained extensive experience through over 35 years of practice involving all facets of litigation. James has appeared in all levels of courts in Ontario both as trial counsel and appellate counsel. James’ practice has a particular emphasis in construction litigation, commercial litigation including mortgage enforcement work for lenders, receivership and insolvency matters and insurance/personal injury law. James is approved Law Pro defence counsel for errors and omissions claims against lawyers.
In addition to the practice of law, James has been involved in volunteerism for over 25 years. James has been on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations and been involved in human rights advocacy and international affairs.

Robert specializes in insurance litigation and in particular personal injury litigation. Robert previously worked with the Toronto Transit Commission as defence counsel and later worked with a boutique personal injury firm as defence counsel for several insurers. Robert has appeared before all levels of Courts in Ontario and has conducted numerous jury trials since his call to the Bar. Robert brought his expertise to the firm as a partner for a number of years and presently acts as counsel to the firm.

Matthew's practice interests are corporate law and commercial litigation.
During his time at Osgoode Matthew was Vice President for the Legal Entrepreneurs Organization, organizing numerous events related to the business of practicing law.

Eve obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1996. After having articled with one of Toronto’s leading national law firms Eve began her practice in a smaller, more individualized environment where she has gained a reputation for her personalized, dedicated approach with clients.
Eve has a broad litigation practice covering commercial, civil, estates and insolvency law where she has represented clients at all levels of the Ontario courts. In addition to her litigation practice, Eve has an extensive corporate practice.
Eve has completed certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution and provides her clients with a result oriented approach together with cost effective mediation methods.

Senior Law Clerk specializing in real estate and corporate matters. Lida provides extensive support having the ability to complete the most complex real estate transactions including commercial, residential, industrial and lending transactions under the supervision of our lawyers. Lida has been involved in the real estate, corporate and litigation areas of law since 1990 and holds a certificate from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario obtained from Seneca College in real estate, corporate and litigation law.
